Terms and Conditions
Last updated 3 September 2026 · These terms apply to everything you buy or book through wildfront.co.za.
1Who we are
This website is owned and operated by Saligna (Registration Number 2010/053093/23), VAT Registration Number 4450186574, trading as WILDFRONT (“WILDFRONT”, “we”, “us” or “our”). Our registered address is 35 Main Street, Heatherdale AH, Akasia, 0118, South Africa. You can reach us on 082 565 3609 or at wildfrontck@gmail.com.
2Agreement to these terms
By browsing wildfront.co.za, placing an order or making a booking, you agree to these Terms and Conditions together with our Privacy Policy, Refund and Cancellation Policy and Shipping and Delivery Policy, which all form part of this agreement. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
These terms do not limit, exclude or waive any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (the CPA) or the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 (ECTA). Where anything here conflicts with those Acts, the Acts apply.
3Eligibility
You must be 18 or older and legally able to enter into a binding contract. If you are under 18, you may only use the website with the involvement of a parent or guardian, who will be responsible for the order.
4Products and descriptions
We sell outdoor, camping and fishing equipment, including inflatable air-frame canvas tents and related gear. We work to describe and photograph every product accurately, but:
- colours may appear differently on different screens;
- dimensions and weights are approximate and may vary slightly between production batches;
- canvas is a natural-fibre product, so slight variation in weave, shade and finish is normal and is not a defect;
- product images may show accessories or staging items that are not included in the price.
Where a stated specification is materially wrong, your rights under the Refund and Cancellation Policy apply.
5Pricing
All prices are shown in South African Rand and include VAT at the prevailing rate unless stated otherwise. Delivery is quoted separately per order and is not included in the displayed product price. We may change prices at any time, but a change will not affect an order we have already accepted.
If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of a typing, system or display error, we are not obliged to supply it at that price. We will contact you, cancel the order and refund you in full within five business days. This reflects section 23(9) of the CPA.
6How an order is formed
- Placing an order on the website is an offer to buy, not a concluded sale.
- You will receive an automated acknowledgement confirming we received the order. This is not acceptance.
- A sale is concluded only when we confirm the order in writing and payment has cleared in our account.
- We may decline an order — for example if stock is unavailable, payment is not authorised, the delivery address falls outside our service area, or we suspect fraud. If we decline after payment, we refund in full.
7Payment
Payments are processed by PayFast, a licensed South African payment gateway, and by electronic funds transfer where offered. We do not receive, process or store your full card details; these are handled entirely by the payment provider on their secure infrastructure. EFT orders are held for two business days pending proof of payment and released once funds reflect.
8Stock availability
Stock levels shown on the website are indicative and are not a guarantee of availability. If an item is unavailable after you have paid, we will contact you and offer a replacement, a credit or a full refund — your choice.
9Hire and rental bookings
Where WILDFRONT offers tents or equipment for hire, the following applies in addition to the above:
- A booking is confirmed only once a deposit of 50% of the hire fee has been received.
- The balance is payable 14 days before the hire start date.
- The hirer is responsible for the equipment from collection or delivery until it is returned to us.
- Where hired equipment is lost, stolen or damaged beyond fair wear and tear, the hirer is liable for the full replacement value of the item concerned, and we will invoice that amount. Fair wear and tear from normal, correct use is not charged for.
- Equipment must be returned clean, dry and complete. Where cleaning, drying or repair is needed, we will invoice the reasonable cost of that work.
- We inspect all equipment on return and will notify the hirer in writing of any charge, with photographs and a breakdown, before invoicing.
- Cancellation of a booking is governed by section 10 of the Refund and Cancellation Policy, in line with section 17 of the CPA.
10Safe and correct use
Camping and outdoor equipment must be used according to the instructions supplied. In particular, inflatable air-frame tents must be inflated to the stated pressure and not beyond, must be pegged and guyed as instructed, and must be packed away dry to prevent mildew. Damage caused by over-inflation, incorrect pitching, storage while wet, modification, or use in conditions beyond the product’s stated rating is not covered by any warranty.
Fire safety. Unless a product is expressly sold as flame-retardant to a stated standard, it is not certified as flame retardant and must not be used in any setting where a fire-retardancy certificate is required. Never use open flame, gas appliances or heaters inside a tent.
11Intellectual property
The WILDFRONT name, logo, product photography, videos, illustrations, copy and website design are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by South African and international law. You may not copy, reproduce, republish or use them commercially without our prior written permission.
12Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WILDFRONT is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of the website or of any product, including loss of profit, loss of enjoyment or interruption to a trip. Nothing in this clause limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under the CPA — including the supplier’s liability for harm caused by unsafe or defective goods under section 61 of the CPA.
Where liability is capped by law and by agreement, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product or booking concerned.
13Third-party links
The website may link to third-party sites. We do not control them, do not endorse them and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your information.
14Website availability
We aim to keep the website available and accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend, withdraw or change any part of it without notice.
15Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published here at the moment you place an order governs that order. Material changes are shown by an updated date at the top of this page.
16Complaints and dispute resolution
Please raise any complaint with us first at wildfrontck@gmail.com and we will acknowledge it within two business days. If we cannot resolve it, you may refer the matter to the National Consumer Commission or an accredited consumer ombud, or, for online-transaction complaints, to an accredited ECTA dispute-resolution body. Referring a complaint does not affect your right to approach a court.
17Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and the South African courts have jurisdiction.
18Severability and whole agreement
If any clause is found to be unenforceable, the rest remains in force. These terms, together with the three policies referred to in section 2, form the whole agreement between you and WILDFRONT for website purchases.
